We are so excited to have so many volunteers to help in
our Kindergarten classroom this year! We
would like the parent helpers to start next week. When you arrive at school
please check in at the office and sign in.
This helps keep our school safe and in case of emergency we know where
people are. Also, if you are unable to
volunteer please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Our Pacifica Volunteer, Miss Ruth, will train you on your day on how to use the
copy machine, Ellis machine and details about volunteers. While
working in the classroom you may notice differences amongst the students. Each
child is at a different level and they have various temperaments and
personalities so you may find expectations vary from student to student. There may be students in our class with
special needs and some children have various specialists and teachers who will
be working with them. Outside of the
classroom it is inappropriate to talk about confidential situations. Thank you
for respecting the children and their families’ privacy.
